Abstract

The process of filing the Company PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan dan Penyaluran Kalimantan UPDK Barito ULPLTA Ir. P.M. Noor is storing files in the computers of each department. Communication between departments in archiving is done by means of whatapps or other tools, so that it requires a large file size. The purpose of the research is to design an electronic file archive (EFA) that applies to local networks that are connected to all departments. EFA is doing filing electronically and can communicate between users. Testing using the black box throughout the functional application is successful.

Abstract

The financial area of Diskominfo has activities such as spending budget activities, DPA activities and printing receipts and financial management processes on the Diskominfo to conduct budget funds for each activity and to conduct data Budget, in the process of disbursement of activities is still difficult to do because in the process of data Input and print data is still done in a conventional way.Employees come to the admin to ask for the creation of financial receipts for DPA activities, the admin makes a receipt that is asked by the employee by inputting data data in the form of DPA activities, DPA programs, recipient name and activity funds.Then admins submit a receipt that has been made to the verifier to verify that the budget data and activity data are correct.If the data has been checked by the Verificator and the data stated is valid then the receipt is left to the treasurer for the process of disbursement of data on DPA activities.These problems can be solved with an application that facilitates the work in the field of finance.The built-in and computerized financial management applications make it easier for the financial part to manage financial data more effectively and efficiently.Construction of this system can help the financial part in making financial receipts to the Communications and Informatics Service of Tanah Laut.

Abstract

Tanah Laut is one of the mainstays of the tourist sector in South Kalimantan. Tanah Laut Regency has tourism potential, one of which is religious tourism. Religious tourism is a tourist activity to get fun or entertainment, also will get lessons about Islamic teachings and increase knowledge. The government of Tanah Laut regency conducting tourism promotions still through mass media such as newspapers and pamphlet methods is not enough to support tourist attractions for tourists. And there is no specific information system on religious tourism and besides that in the Tourism Office the data on religious tourism in several sub-districts in the regency of the sea are still not yet complete or complete in the data collection of religious tourism spots. The purpose of the research is to make a design and a Geographic Tourism Information System that can display a picture and provide detailed information on the location of religious tourism in several sub-districts in Tanah Laut district. Information in the form of a web mobile is expected to help the community to access it anywhere and anytime. In geographical information systems, religious tourism is built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and JavaScript programming languages.

Abstract

Determination of the decision that recipient of Academic Achievement Improvement scholarships in the Informatics Engineering is still done conventionally by the student division at the institutional and study program level, namely by collecting files, inputting and calculating data in Microsoft Excel, and selecting based on the data calculation results. The large number of scholarship applicants results in the inefficiency of the scholarship admission process so that it needs a system that can support the decision to receive scholarships. The proposed web-based system uses the weighted product method in determining the ranking of scholarship applicants. The criteria used in the problem of determining the scholarship include the Grade Point Average (GPA), parents' income, and the number of dependents. The results of applying weighted products to sample data of scholarship applicants in the Informatics Engineering in 2017 provide ranking information for scholarship applicants where Student 3 gets first rank, which means getting the first priority as a recipient of scholarship. The system that was built has displayed the results of the application of weigted products and graphical displays that make it easier for users to obtain information about the registration of scholarships.

Abstract

Balai Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Penelitian (BPSDMP) Komunikasi dan Informatika Banjarmasin is an agency that focuses on research and development activities in the field of communication and informatics and has three organizational structures namely Administrative Subdivision, Human Resources Development Section, Research Section for Communication and Information Technology. BPSDMP Komunikasi dan Informatika Banjarmasin has routine activities every year, namely ICT Literacy activities, Research results seminar, SKKNI-based national certification, Digital talent, and Meetings. The recording of the activity agenda and reporting on the results of the activities that are currently running are still done manually and simply. To overcome this problem then built an expected Web Based Activity Agenda Application can simplify the work of Administration Subdivision, HR Development Section, Research and Communication Section of Information and Communication Technology because it's computerized to print report results and make it easier if you want to see the data of activities that have been managed at the same time can find out if there are activities that are forgotten and have not been implemented. Application Activity AgendaService is made using a programming language PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript. And designed to use Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart.

Abstract

The last few months, PT. PLN WKSKT deliberately goes out to prevent the failure of the generator system network. Blackouts occur because there are uneven load uses. The use of the largest load is in the Barikin transmission line scheme towards the Tanjung and Cempaka direction. Both schemes are crucial load conditions when there is a disruption in the transmission line. This can interfere with the transmission of the load on targets that are in the two schemes, cause trips and blackouts. To resolve the issue, PT. PLN WKSKT create a special scheme for the protection system loads on specific targets. Which system can sort the target load from large to small. Descending is a sorting method that can complete the purpose of a protection system. With this method the target load is sorted and then calculated in VBA macros. The target load that has been sorted is then added to the equivalent of the line transfer. Calculations performed on VBA macros aim to obtain load release status based on enable, ready and trip indications. All three indicators used to monitor the load condition real time. So that the protection system is able to avoid interference that can cause black out on the electrical system.

Abstract

Tanah Laut Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) is engaged in the management and sales of drinking water services with about 7,848 customers which spread throughout Tanah Laut Regency. Complaints of interference carried out by the customer manually to the customer relations department by coming directly to the office of the Tanah Laut PDAM which will then be distributed to the technical and distribution transmission. Based on these problems, a web-based PDAM Tanah Laut PDAM complaint information system is built that can make it easier for customers to make complaints of disturbances and to make it easier for officers to distribute it. This can produce accurate and efficient complaints data. This web-based information system for complaints of disturbance at PDAM Tanah Laut is built with programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. And designed using Entity Relationship Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams. The results of blackbox testing show that the functionalities of the system are perform properly.

Abstract

Undergraduate Students data in academic information systems always increases every year. Data collected can be processed using data mining to gain new knowledge. The author tries to mine undergraduate students data to classify the study period on time or not on time. The data is analyzed using CART with bagging techniqu, and CART with boosting technique. The classification results using 49 testing data, in the CART algorithm with bagging techniques 13 data (26.531%) entered into the classification on time and 36 data (73.469%) entered into the classification not on time. In the CART algorithm with boosting technique 16 data (32,653%) entered into the classification on time and 33 data (67,347%) entered into the classification not on time. The accuracy value of the classification of study period of undergraduate students using the CART algorithm is 79.592%, the CART algorithm with bagging technique is 81.633%, and the CART algorithm with boosting technique is 87.755%. In this study, the CART algorithm with boosting technique has the best accuracy value.

Abstract

Travel is one way to let go of fatigue and fatigue after doing activities every day. Most people to search for travel packages according to available financial conditions are still difficult to do, because they have to find contacts and ask about every travel tour they know. This markerplace application was made with the aim of helping the community to search for travel packages from various available travel tours, making it easier for people to find travel packages according to their conditions and desires. This application is created using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The stages of making this application use the sprint and scrum design methods. Based on the tests carried out to users, this application in functionality runs as expected and gets a good response from users.
